iTunes Finally Remembers Your Browse Selection, Despite Changing Sources

Today is a great day. The single, most frustrating thing about iTunes has been fixed in iTunes 7.3.2. iTunes finally remembers your browse selection when you select a different source and then change back. Click the image above for a quick demo of what I'm talking about, if you don't already know. For as long as I can remember, this has been my number one gripe with iTunes. I *always* have the browse area open when listening to music because I usually like to listen to either an entire album or all of the songs by a particular artist. The problem, though, is that while you were listening you may decide to do something else, say, look up a track in the iTunes Store or connect your iPhone. Doing any of these things changes the source that is selected in the sources sidebar on the left hand side of iTunes. So, if you were listening to a single album on shuffle and then switched into the iTunes Store to see if the new episode of Monk has been posted or not, when you switched back to your Music source, your browse selection would have been reset to All Artists and All Albums. Not anymore. Thank you, Apple.
