Copy & paste on a Nokia E61 is so intuitive, that it's sort of odd to figure out. How do you do it? Well, just like you would on a Mac or in Windows. Ctrl+C for copy and Ctrl+V for paste. Here's a quick video I whipped up because I've never used my built in iSight to make a video and I've never uploaded anything to Google Video before.
