A couple of months back the scroll ball on my Mighty Mouse stopped scrolling down. I could scroll up, but not down. When you scrolled it up, you would hear the scrolling 'click' noise. When you scrolled it down, you would hear a dampened clicking. The problem went away after working on the scroll bar for a little while scroll it up and down, up and down. I thought maybe it just got out of wack and could pop back into place or something. Anyway, it was working great, until last night. The same thing happened. I did what I did last time, hoping it just got stuck somehow. Unfortunately, I then realized that my down scrolling was working again, but this time I had no up scrolling. What's going on here? Anyone else notice Mighty Mouse scroll ball oddities? Maybe I should give up on it and switch it with the other Mighty Mouse I have in my laptop bag (no, I don't have an Apple laptop... yet).
